Permanent removal in a new file

Every PDF page is rebuilt from already-masked pixels. Selectable text, forms, comments, attachments and original metadata are removed. Your original file stays unchanged. Draw every area you want removed, then review the exported file.

How to use Permanently redact PDF

  1. Choose your PDF.
  2. Draw areas over private content on each page and choose an output resolution. All pages are rasterized; selectable text and interactive features are removed.
  3. Export a new PDF and review every page. Original metadata, attachments, forms and comments are not copied.
