How to use Calculate checksum

- Select up to 20 files, choose SHA-256 or SHA-512, or a legacy MD5/SHA-1 digest. To compare a digest, select one file and paste the expected hexadecimal checksum.

What to expect
Calculates SHA-256, SHA-512, SHA-1 or MD5 locally. An optional expected checksum can be compared against one file. A checksum does not verify a digital signature or establish file safety.
Do my files leave my device?
No. Thanks to advanced file-processing technology, your files are processed directly on your device, inside your browser. OneKit does not receive your input files or results. Required public processing libraries may download when you first use the tool.
