How to use Image Background Remover

- Upload an image. The U2Net model downloads on first use (about 176 MB); processing stays on your device.
- Download the transparent PNG and check hair, object boundaries and fine edges. Browser and CLI use the same U2Net weights.

What to expect
Removes the background locally and exports a transparent PNG. CLI uses U2Net; the browser uses MODNet for portraits. Fine edges may need review. The model downloads on first use. Browser: PNG, JPEG, WebP or BMP; single-frame images only.
Do my files leave my device?
No. Thanks to advanced file-processing technology, your files are processed directly on your device, inside your browser. OneKit does not receive your input files or results. Required public processing libraries may download when you first use the tool.
